Hence another tip here would be to add a comprehensive description about yourself with an email address of the domain of your company in your Google plus profile. Hence it becomes a lot easier for the Google’s crawler to link your G+ profile with your domain. Another quick tip that has to be consideration here is that the byline name must match the profile on Google plus.

Google itself helps you rank better in the rankings with its Authorship page. All you need to do is visit the Google Authorship page and submit your email address. Once you do this, you can submit multiple articles without having to submit your email address to Google again. If you notice carefully, there is an option called “Profile Discovery”. Once you tick this, others will be able to discover your profile in the Google search rankings.

As soon as Google approves you request for authorship, the G+ profile will also be update your domain where you are listed as author to the “Contributor to” section to the Google plus profile.
